This service starts with a consultation by a licensed massage therapist. They will check flexibility, tone take note of areas of concern. Specific massage techniques will be recommended based on individual needs. First Start off with an invigorating glass of chilled citrus mint herbal infused spa water to hydrate and cool, the inside. Then be transported with the animating energy of mint essential oil aromatherapy treatment. Then the appropriate massage will be performed, Swedish, deep tissue or sports massage as needed. Followed by a soothing mint toner for the body to refresh and hydrate the skin and senses. This service is excellent for sore and tired muscles, to combat mental exhaustion, relieve daily stress and to promote healing on a deep inner level
